FRACTIONAL HR CONSULTING FEES FOR SERVICE
Tactical HR leadership, policy development, compliance /risk audit, performance management, succession planning, coaching/mentorship, administrative and employee/labour relations support all customized to your organization’s needs.
Tier 1: Casual
| Up to 10 hours/month | $1,295 |
| Up to 15 hours/month | $1,495 |
| Up to 25 hours/month | $2,675 |
Subscription Packages (For teams up to 50 employees). *Minimum 3-month commitment contract.
Tier 2: Dedicated
Pay as you go plan. You hand-pick select days of the week or times during the month to pre-schedule in for either on-site or virtual dedicated service where our HR Rep is exclusively yours for that timeframe.
*No minimum monthly commitment term.

For organizations seeking deeper collaboration and dedicated HR partnership for various projects and initiatives of a longer-term commitment
*This includes advisory call-in and email support Monday-Friday up to 3 hours per week, as needed. Minimum 6-month contract term.

Tier 4: Advisory
On-Call HR Advisor. For small teams (25 or fewer employees)
HR support when you need it most and, on your terms, — without a full-time commitment and no long-term contract — Up to 10 hours/month — $979 + HST
